I’m a firm believer in the idea that everyone has a story, that is why I love meeting people and seeing different points of view. After 23 years of living, I’ve discovered that laughter is in fact the best medicine. Truthfully, I don’t know where I’d be without writing.
Both of my parents are were born and raised in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and since 2001 they have been American Citizens. Immigration has affected my family vastly, and continues to affect families everyday.
I’ve been educated in the field of Broadcast Journalism, and I think it’s awakened my curiosity to question. I hope to graduate from U of H by the end of this Spring, and continue writing.
